Conduct daily in-person visits to law firms across Los Angeles to pitch our Virtual Assistant services
Build relationships with attorneys, office managers, and firm owners
Educate prospects on the benefits, cost savings, and workflow improvements associated with VA staffing
Handle objections, provide clear value propositions, and close new sales
Enter all leads and activity into HubSpot CRM
Follow up with prospective firms via phone, email, and in-person visits
Achieve monthly sales goals and maintain a strong pipeline
Represent the company professionally at all times
Qualification
Required
Strong sales confidence — comfortable walking into law firms unannounced
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Los Angeles
Preferred
Previous B2B, field sales, or legal-industry experience
