They are seeking an experienced New Business Development Director to accelerate the adoption of their SDK and monetization solutions among non-gaming apps, leveraging strong relationships and deep understanding of the mobile ad space to close new publisher partners.

Responsibilities
Prospect, pitch, and close new non-gaming publisher accounts for BidMachine exceeding quarterly sales quotas
Negotiate commercial agreements that deliver long-term value for both BidMachine and customers
Build senior-level relationships with decision makers at publishers
Work cross-functionally with AdOps, Product, and Engineering to ensure smooth onboarding and reliable ongoing support
Act as a voice for publishers by providing structured feedback on feature gaps, monetization trends and competitive moves
Champion the benefits of BidMachine and our product portfolio of other monetization solutions
Qualification
Required
strong relationships across the non-gaming space
proven and exceptional track record of closing new business with non-gaming publishers and managing such portfolio of accounts
deep knowledge of the mobile ad tech space
strong negotiation skills and a track record of building executive-level relationships
analytical mindset; comfortable turning performance data into actionable insights
excellent written and verbal communication skills
