Growth Associate
Responsibilities
Work side-by-side with founders on outbound sales strategy and execution
Research prospects, personalize outreach, and build relationships with senior decision-makers at pharma, biotech, and investment firms
Own our LinkedIn presence and strategy (we have 40K followers across our profiles)
Support the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, learning the complete B2B sales motion
Wear multiple hats — contribute to direct outbound, marketing, customer research, events, and growth experiments as we scale
Qualification
Required
0-5 years of experience; recent grads welcome
Exceptional written communication — clear, professional, and personalized
High energy and low ego — excited to do the work that makes sales happen
Curiosity about life sciences and healthcare (bio background not required)
Detail-oriented and fast — can move through volume without dropping quality
You're in Boston or willing to relocate, want to work in-person, and are excited to work in a low-meeting, high-ownership environment
