Responsibilities
Directs daily staff and task activities to meet client work objectives, timelines, and requirements
Supervises assigned technical, non-technical, and administrative staff, including subordinate managers
Responsible for the delivery of quality task products, services, and deliverables through participation in reviews and audits
Serves as a liaison and focal point with clients to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems
Responsible for coordinating and monitoring subcontractor activities
Qualification
Required
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
Must have more than twelve years' experience, of which at least five years must be supervisory experience
Must have ability to manage and ensure successful completion of multiple technical tasks in various programs
Must have ability to recruit, hire, manage, supervise, train, schedule, coordinate, and evaluate staff as assigned
PMP or equivalent
CompTIA Security +, or higher
Active DOD security clearance (SECRET)
Onsite support within government facilities located across the National Capital Region (NCR)
