Customer Support Administrator
Insight Global is hiring on behalf of one of their largest clients in the financial industry for a Client Support Administrator. This role involves supporting the Card Services department by handling high-volume member service calls related to credit and debit cards, requiring strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Support its Card Services department
Assist members with routine issues such as lost or stolen cards
Issuing replacements
Updating PINs
Resolving ATM-related inquiries using a multi-platform system
Handling multiple calls daily
Addressing a variety of issues
Providing clear, proactive communication
Conduct additional research when a solution is not immediately available
Maintain professionalism
Follow up with members to provide updates and revised timelines
Qualification
Required
Proven customer service experience
Ability to work across multiple platforms
Strong written communication and documentation skills
Preferred
CRM experience, especially with systems such as Springboard, Episys, Synapsis, Star Station, MyCoop, MasterCard Connect, Synergy, and Microsoft Office Suite
Prior credit union experience
