Responsibilities

Handle complex client relationships with large advisors
Pursue opportunities to improve client efficiency and profitability
Focus on growth and retention
Coordinate with Service, Marketing, Business Consulting, and other key partners
Anticipate client needs and resolve situations
Influence positive change in client organizations
Present policy changes
Negotiate pricing
Conduct business reviews
Organize client events
Develop and maintain meaningful relationships
Represent Schwab’s brand and values

Qualification

FINRA Series 7 licenseFINRA Series 63 licenseRIA industry expertiseSales experienceRelationship managementConsultative sellingCommunication skillsPresentation skillsInterpersonal skills

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
Must have an Active and valid FINRA Series 7 and 63 license
Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of financial services industry and or RIA industry
Must have sales experience
Must have relationship management experience up to 50% travel
Candidate will work remotely

Preferred

In-depth knowledge of Advisor Services products, operating system, and services preferred or demonstrated transferable brokerage industry knowledge and/or the ability to learn the products and services with a limited learning curve
