Responsibilities

Assist in supervising day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory control, order picking, packing, and shipping
Assist in Kanban definition and management as assigned and directed
Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with company procedures and safety standards
Train, coach, and support warehouse staff to meet productivity and quality targets
Monitor workflow and adjust labor allocation to meet operational demands
Conduct daily shift meetings, provide feedback to team members, and report performance metrics
Help maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation
Collaborating with off-site warehouse and support inventory planning to minimize stockouts, overstock, and obsolescence
Generate and analyze inventory reports; provide insights to support data-driven decisions
Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in implementing solutions
Ensure cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas

Required

High school diploma or GED required
2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience
at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory support role
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, equipment, and safety regulations
strong attention to detail
high degree of initiative, self-direction, and multi-tasking abilities
ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
flexible in working hours as this position may require customer support during non-regular business hours
comfortable working in varying warehouse conditions, including cold or hot environments

Preferred

associate or bachelor's degree
Experience with ERP (preferably NetSuite)
warehouse management systems (WMS)
computer skills (MS Excel, Outlook)
