Responsibilities
Assist with user account creation, deactivation, and permission assignments
Troubleshoot access issues and permission set conflicts
Support data integrity reviews and data loads (Data Loader, Import Wizard)
Build and update reports & dashboards
Resolve Salesforce-related tickets within defined SLAs
Participate in weekly team syncs, platform enhancement discussions
Assist engineering team in reviewing Apex errors, LWC issues, and integration logs
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
