Execute full-cycle recruiting for financial advisors and wealth management professionals
Develop trusted relationships with RIAs, broker-dealers, and advisory firms
Source, evaluate, and place financial advisors across experience levels
Advise clients on compensation structures, talent availability, and hiring strategies
Manage negotiations, transitions, and placements through successful onboarding
Build and sustain a strong pipeline of recurring search engagements
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated $500,000+ in cumulative billings over multiple years
5+ years recruiting within financial services, wealth management, or advisor placement
Strong understanding of advisor compensation models, transitions, and compliance considerations
High-level communication, relationship management, and deal-closing capability
Entrepreneurial, disciplined, and performance-oriented mindset
