Vice President Human Resources
LHH is a mission-driven, multi-site organization seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead enterprise-wide human capital strategy. This executive role will oversee all HR functions, ensure compliance, strengthen organizational culture, and align people initiatives with strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and policy development
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Partner with executive leadership on organizational planning, workforce strategy, diversity initiatives, and employee engagement
Provide guidance to leadership on employee relations matters, including coaching, corrective action, and terminations
Oversee recruitment, hiring practices, and onboarding processes
Develop and implement HR systems, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements
Establish and monitor key HR performance metrics to assess organizational effectiveness and competitiveness
Lead change management initiatives across a complex, multi-location environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
7–10 years of progressive human resources leadership experience, including strategic HR and talent management
Demonstrated experience supporting complex, multi-site organizations
Extensive knowledge of federal and state employment laws
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
Experience supporting government-funded or highly regulated programs preferred
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred
