Evergreen Life is a growing, forward-thinking organisation delivering NHS Primary and Secondary Care services since 2006. They are seeking an enthusiastic Patient Health Care Navigator to provide high-quality administration support and be the first point of contact for patients in a GP surgery.

Responsibilities
Providing a high-quality and efficient administration service
Responsibility for inbound and outbound patient calls
Provide a friendly and supportive environment for patients and visitors
Provide an essential support function to the clinical and management teams
Work with autonomy and a high degree of confidentiality, sensitivity, discretion, empathy and tact
Qualification
Required
Experience of clerical and administrative work
Clear thinking and have an analytical approach
Able to work as part of a team, to promote a good team spirit
Able to be sensitive and assertive as appropriate
Experience in a client facing/customer service position
Be motivated and able to work independently
