Answer questions about the spa and services
Promote and sell spa services
Book spa reservations
Greet guests as they enter the spa
Settle guest accounts as they depart
Provide an overall relaxing, courteous, and professional atmosphere for all guests
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
A minimum of 6 months prior experience in a guest oriented atmosphere, preferably in the hospitality field
Basic knowledge of computers
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Good communication skills
Physical requirements include finger dexterity, hand/eye coordination and ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 15 lbs
Work schedule is flexible, based on business needs during operating hours of 8:00 a.m.to 8:00 p.m. Weekends and holidays are required
