YMCA of Northern Colorado & Southern Wyoming is seeking a School Age Associate Program Director. This role involves supervising and nurturing staff and children while ensuring high-quality program delivery and compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Works with Program Directors to manage, direct and coordinate program areas, ensure high quality programs and establish new program activities

Directs a before school site 3-4 mornings per week and an after-school site 5 afternoons each week

Trains, develops, schedules and directs personnel and volunteers as needed. Develops strategies to motivate staff and achieve goals

Assures compliance with state and local regulations as they relate to program areas. Ensures that YMCA program standards are met, and safety procedures followed

Informs Program Director of needed upkeep of assigned program facilities and equipment and ensures the physical environment supports safety practices aligning with YMCA, Health Department and CDHS standards

Develops and maintains relationships with school administration. Checks in weekly with office staff to communicate any updates or concerns

With support of Program Director, provides staff leadership for annual fund-raising campaign. Represents the YMCA and participates in association special events

Assists in the marketing and distribution of program information

Other duties as assigned
