Client Success Manager I
Luxury Presence is the leading growth platform for high-performing real estate agents, teams, and brokerages. The Client Success Manager I will support lower-tier clients by helping them maximize the value of their websites and platform through education on SEO and digital marketing best practices, while driving product adoption and identifying growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
Manage a book of clients or run structured 1-to-many programs designed to support clients at scale
Educate client on benefits of their plan by articulating the results driven through the product
Provide clear, proactive communication about timelines, expectations, next steps, and platform best practices
Translate client needs into action by gathering requirements, documenting requests, and escalating when appropriate
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by delivering value, meeting deadlines, and providing an exceptional experience
Contribute to retention and expansion conversations by identifying opportunities and reinforcing the value of Luxury Presence
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, implementation, support, and marketing teams to ensure client needs are met
Continuously improve your marketing skill set, platform knowledge, and process expertise
Qualification
Required
1+ years in Customer Success or another client-facing role
Experience managing a large volume of client requests, whether through managing a book or a queue
Working knowledge of SEO, social media, content marketing, and/or paid media
Proven ability to use data and analytics to drive success
Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a client-first mindset
Skilled at navigating complex client situations with professionalism
Flexible and resourceful in meeting changing client needs
A problem-solver who removes roadblocks for clients and teammates
Collaborative, positive, and motivated to help clients succeed
Located in Austin, TX or Scottsdale, Arizona- Hybrid (In office 4 days a week for first 30 days, 3 days a week once you have successfully completed new hire training)
Working hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm local time
