Responsibilities

Performing O&M, inspections, and diagnostics on commercial/industrial solar and ESS systems
Troubleshooting electrical components using meters, meggers, amp clamps, etc
Completing preventative & corrective maintenance with detailed documentation
Conducting MC/SC inspections, mechanical/electrical checks, and system verification
Performing infrared & drone thermography inspections (training provided)
Reviewing/understanding electrical schematics, SLDs, and construction drawings
Supporting SCADA monitoring, network communications, and system performance
Completing material takeoffs and recommending component replacements

Required

2+ years of technical experience (electrical, solar, or related trade)
Experience maintaining commercial or utility-scale solar systems
Strong understanding of PV systems, ESS, microgrids, and electrical fundamentals
Ability to read electrical diagrams/schematics
Knowledge of NEC and standard industry practices
Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to ~30%
Ability to travel to jobsites
Comfortable with rooftop work and lifting up to 100 lbs

OSHA 30
SCADA experience
drone/IR inspection exposure
