Responsibilities

Identify, prioritize, and aggregate all sources of demand for the supply chain of Growing Solutions North America operations planning and master production scheduling
Analyze demand vs. plant capacity and adjust volumes or shift schedules as needed
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Planning Specialist and Shipping and Receiving staff
Key contributor to Americas forecasting and S&OP process
Own raw material forecasting analysis and supply
Maintain forecasting, production, and efficiency tools
Owner of T&O business line of cost analysis of expenses (./LB), raw materials and first pass rate, with cost center expenses
Develop and implement procedures for in-plant product movement and shipping processes for T&O business
Master data maintenance in ERP system (QAD)
Manage all warehouse and transportation activities for T&O business
Direct and document all inventory processes (annual and monthly) for T&O business
Run all necessary ERP reports for T&O business
Must be able to work evenings and weekends as necessary

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field required
ERP experience required
Strong computer skills including demonstrated knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
Must be willing and able to travel up to 15%

Preferred

3+ years of experience in Supply Chain operations preferred
Strong analytical, data management, and communication skills desired
Results-oriented and able to influence outcomes in a cross-functional team environment
Demonstrated knowledge of time series forecast models and how they are used in volume forecasting
Experience developing and/or improving forecasting and planning tools
