Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain web applications, internal tools, and integrations across multiple platforms
Manage CMS platforms, particularly WordPress, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance
Develop front-end interfaces and back-end logic, APIs, and database connections
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across web platforms, internal systems, and workflows
Document systems, architecture, and processes for cross-team accessibility
Implement API integrations and database connectivity solutions across company systems
Leverage automation tools like Zapier to streamline workflows and processes
Maintain and support company software and applications, including 1Password, Airtable, Amazon Seller Central, Asana, Google Workspace, Helium 10, HubSpot, Jotform, Microsoft Office, Monday.com, Slack, Time Doctor, and WordPress
Analyze data and create charts, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making
Utilize advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools to process and present data effectively
Ensure system compliance with security standards, including antivirus, firewall, and two-factor authentication
Communicate technical requirements and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to deliver integrated technical solutions
Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to other developers or team members when required
Actively contribute to process improvements and system optimizations across the organization
Train team members on system usage, workflows, and technical tools as needed
Document and share knowledge to improve team efficiency and continuity
Support ad-hoc tasks in line with organizational needs and priorities
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in full-stack development or systems development, including front-end and back-end technologies
Proficiency in WordPress and other CMS platforms
Strong understanding of IT procedures, system architecture, and security practices
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel, and data visualization tools
Experience with APIs, database integration, and automation tools (Zapier, HubSpot, Airtable)
Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize tasks
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment
Strong interpersonal skills and cross-team collaboration abilities
A dual-monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
Preferred
Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, or other e-commerce platforms
Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com, Asana, Slack, and Time Doctor
Knowledge of security protocols and IT compliance standards
Experience in digital marketing technology applications and online marketing workflows
Understanding of cloud-based systems and SaaS platforms
