Responsibilities

Lead the development of custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) and complex Experience Cloud interfaces tailored for Federal Public Sector initiatives

Design and implement secure, responsive portal structures and advanced forms that adhere to Federal standards and security requirements

Partner with architects, developers, and Business Analysts (BAs) to ensure the technical success and seamless integration of front-end solutions

Stay updated with the latest Salesforce trends, including Agentforce and Government Cloud Plus, to provide innovative front-end solutions for Federal clients

Ensure all front-end code and technical documentation comply with Federal security and reporting requirements for Salesforce environments

Collaborate with QA resources to perform rigorous testing on all user-facing components, ensuring overall program success

Active Security Clearance required (Secret)

7-10+ years of IT development experience, preferably in large-scale Federal environments

3-5+ years of proven experience developing for Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Government Cloud Plus

Technical Mastery: Advanced expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 within the Salesforce ecosystem

AI & Automation: Working knowledge of Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities, particularly in building interfaces for autonomous agents

Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional technical teams in cleared environments

Education: Bachelor's degree required
