Founding Growth Lead
Hadrius is seeking a Founding Growth Lead to own and scale their growth engine. The role involves designing and running experiments to drive measurable growth and collaborating with Sales, RevOps, and Product to optimize marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
Deeply understand Hadrius’s ICPs, buyer journeys, and current funnel performance
Audit all acquisition channels: paid, organic, outbound support, website, and lifecycle
Review attribution models, conversion metrics, and existing dashboards
Identify the top 3 growth bottlenecks and opportunities
Ship your first quick-win experiment
Own marketing-sourced pipeline targets and report against them weekly
Launch and iterate on high-intent acquisition channels (paid search, LinkedIn, retargeting, etc.)
Redesign key funnel surfaces: homepage, landing pages, demo flows, email nurture
Partner with Sales and RevOps to improve MQL→SQL conversion and speed-to-lead
Establish a clear growth experimentation cadence (hypothesis → test → learn → scale)
Drive $1M+ in qualified pipeline through growth channels
Build a predictable, scalable growth engine that delivers $10M+ in pipeline per month
Own CAC efficiency, channel ROI, and attribution accuracy
Scale what works and ruthlessly cut what doesn’t
Partner with Product on product-led growth and activation loops
Hire and manage growth marketers, agencies, or contractors as needed
Turn growth into a durable competitive advantage for Hadrius
Qualification
Required
3+ years in growth marketing, demand gen, or performance marketing at a B2B SaaS company
Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact
Deep experience with paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and funnel optimization
Strong analytical skills; comfortable with attribution, cohorts, and experimentation
Experience working closely with sales-led growth motions
Preferred
Startup or high-growth environment experience strongly preferred
Fintech, regtech, or enterprise SaaS experience a plus
