Responsibilities

Manage overall manufacturing operations of the organization and a staff involved in the operations of the factory, including SEOP process

Implements continuous improvement methodologies to increase productivity and reduce costs following the Integrated Transformer Management (ITM) System

Provide a safe and healthy environment for employees. Ensures compliance with Group health, safety and environmental directives and that regulations are implemented, while monitoring and reporting progress and results. Assesses risks and safety hazards and implements plans to ensure people and equipment safety. Instills in work culture (ITM) philosophy of how we operate

Develops and executes plans to reduce non-value-added costs, increase revenue, and delight customers by delivering products on time with high factory and supplier yields and decreasing product field failure rates. Ensures that ITM maturity development training and methods are implemented into the organization
