Responsibilities

Assessment and design of overall technical architecture for the organization, ensuring technology and infrastructure meet business needs; serving as the technical lead on the assessment and deployment of large-scale initiatives; mentorship to junior technical staff; and working with IT management on overall IT strategy and goals

Required

10+ years of enterprise technology architecture, administration, and management
Foundational knowledge of a broad set of technical skills across multiple IT fields such as infrastructure, database administration, system administration, cybersecurity, software development, etc
Experience leading and implementing technical architecture for large, complex solutions
Networking experience across cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
Microsoft systems administration
Ability to work with stakeholders, outside vendors, and non-technical personnel

Preferred

Experience in insurance, finance or professional services industries preferred but not required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology Management, etc
