Collect and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops

Assist in translating business needs into functional specifications for technical teams

Perform basic data analysis to identify trends and insights

Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings effectively

Document current business processes and identify areas for improvement

Support development of process maps and workflow diagrams

Assist in project planning, scheduling, and status reporting

Participate in user acceptance testing and quality assurance activities

Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, sales, and operations

Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders
