Senior Sales and Incentive Analyst

This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders and working independently on complex tasks.

Responsibilities

Support Sales Practices group with building and delivering monitoring reporting for various sales behaviors
Design, develop, configure and implement innovative analytical solutions for consistency and repeatability
Provides value through insights, reporting and data visualization techniques
Design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards
Structure and assemble data into multi-dimensions with various granularities (e.g., demographics, customers, products, transactions)
Documents and maintain operational procedures and processes relating to analytical and reporting processes
Break down strategic problems and analyze data and information to provide subject matter insights and recommendations
Build reports and visualizations, in Power BI, to effectively communicate data driven insights for a variety of audiences (e.g. visualization solutions of data into reports, graphics, dashboards to illustrate facts, trends, and insights)
Build effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives
Exercise judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules
Work independently on a range of complex tasks, which may include unique situations
Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed

Required

3+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Possess a university degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar
Experience in Banking/Financial Services
Subject matter expert in SAS, SQL, Power BI and Excel
Demonstrates ability to build, automate and present data driven analysis and insights
Collaboration & Team skills – In-depth
Demonstrates strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Exhibits advanced critical thinking skills, integrative skills and creativity to drive innovation
Demonstrates ability to build a good fact base, apply sound reasoning, and generate relevant recommendations that get implemented and lead to business success
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in an agile fast paced environment
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a high level of due diligence

Preferred

Knowledge and experience in Tableau and Python a plus
