Responsibilities

This role will administer company policies at the local level and act as Field Liaison for the Region / Headquarters

Develop and implement efficient procedures throughout the Complex in partnership with COO and COM

Facilitate communications within Complex, support day-to-day Branch Operations, and interface with the VPs with issues of performance, workflow, and operating procedures

Run and monitor monthly reports in support of FPs to help track budgets, growth, development and various Associate recognition and qualification metrics

Responsible for complex reporting and new business and commissions inquiries and training

Support HQ initiatives that help develop, improve, or eliminate processes in order to create value and more effective and efficient support to the field

Act as a resource by sharing time and expertise to assist in the development of new programs

Required

3+ years financial services experience or related business experience
