Holland & Hart is seeking an Associate Attorney with approximately 4-7 years of experience to join the Corporate Group’s Emerging Growth practice. This role involves representing venture capital funds and emerging companies in various corporate matters, providing opportunities for early career client interaction and management.

Participate in one of the most vibrant and fastest growing emerging growth markets in the country that serves clients located across the country

Represent venture capital funds and emerging technology, consumer product and life science companies in debt and equity financings, M&A transactions, outside general counsel and general corporate counseling and related practices

Provide associate with direct client-facing and client-management opportunities early in their careers

Required

Approximately 4-7 years of experience working at a top tier law firm
