Serve as a dedicated partner to small business owners in the SBA Microloan Program
Provide one-on-one consulting and conduct on-site visits
Offer hands-on strategic support tailored to each client’s unique needs
Help business owners strengthen operations, improve financial management, and identify opportunities for expansion

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field or equivalent experience
Experience in small business advising, entrepreneurship, banking, or lending required
Knowledge of SBA microloan programs and small business financial management required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, to meet business owners' schedules
Must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation for site visits
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
