Fourth Floor is a long-established and fast-growing consumer products company seeking a Testing & Compliance Coordinator to join their team. This role is essential for ensuring that all products meet licensor, customer, and regulatory standards, focusing on product testing protocols and compliance within the consumer goods space.

Responsibilities

Coordinate all required product testing to meet licensor, retailer, and regulatory standards

Ensure compliance with customer-specific testing protocols for domestic and international markets

Liaise directly with third-party testing labs to manage submissions, reports, and approvals

Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of all testing programs

Manage factory audit schedules and requirements, including Disney FAMA audits

Ensure all manufacturing partners maintain active and compliant certifications

Support FOB shipment compliance and required documentation

Oversee all licensor-related compliance, including product approvals, sample submissions, and adherence to licensing agreements

Coordinate with the finance team on quarterly royalty reconciliations

Partner with an overseas virtual assistant for administrative and clerical support

Comfort balancing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience in product testing, compliance, or quality assurance within consumer goods (textiles, housewares, HBA, baby, home, or related categories preferred)
