Responsibilities
Serve as a technical advisor: Provide strategic technical guidance, best practices, and recommendations to enterprise clients to help them achieve their business goals using Cloudflare's solutions
Design and demonstrate solutions: Lead architectural design sessions, build proof-of-concept (PoC) demonstrations, and develop scalable, secure architectures for customers
Collaborate internally: Work closely with sales, product management, marketing, and engineering teams to align on strategy, gather feedback, and influence the product roadmap
Drive customer success: Guide customers through the entire engagement lifecycle, from initial strategy and technical design to value realization and long-term success planning
Provide thought leadership: Represent Tekstream at industry events, present technical content, and write knowledge articles to share expertise and thought leadership with a broader audience
Address technical challenges: Diagnose complex technical issues and collaborate with support and product teams to deliver effective solutions
Customer onboarding: Guiding new clients through the Cloudflare setup process, including domain configuration, DNS records, and security policy implementation
Technical consultation: Assessing client requirements and recommending the most suitable Cloudflare features and settings to address their specific needs (e.g., web application firewall (WAF), DDoS mitigation, caching, load balancing)
Configuration management: Deploying and managing Cloudflare configurations on client networks, including firewall rules, custom security policies, and performance optimization settings
Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving issues related to Cloudflare service implementation, including network connectivity, performance bottlenecks, and security alerts
Monitoring and reporting: Monitoring client deployments to ensure optimal performance and security, providing regular status updates and identifying potential issues proactively
Knowledge transfer: Educating clients on Cloudflare's features, best practices, and how to effectively manage their Cloudflare configurations
Qualification
Required
Experience in development and configuration of Cloudflare services across a wide variety of clients and use cases
Strong technical expertise in cloud infrastructure, networking, and web technologies
Experience in full-stack development
Experience with public cloud providers like AWS, GCP, or Azure
Ability to provide strategic technical guidance, best practices, and recommendations to enterprise clients
Experience leading architectural design sessions and building proof-of-concept (PoC) demonstrations
Ability to develop scalable, secure architectures for customers
Experience collaborating with sales, product management, marketing, and engineering teams
Ability to guide customers through the entire engagement lifecycle
Experience representing the company at industry events and presenting technical content
Ability to diagnose complex technical issues and collaborate with support and product teams
Hands-on skills in customer onboarding, technical consultation, configuration management, troubleshooting, monitoring and reporting, and knowledge transfer
