Responsibilities

Learning the ShipperHQ platform and becoming a product expert

Supporting sales calls and demos by helping explain how our solution fits customers' needs

Troubleshooting basic setup questions and guiding customers through early configuration steps

Gathering customer feedback and helping relay it to the Product team

Collaborating with Technical Support and Engineering to help solve customer challenges

Growing your technical skills by exploring APIs, integrations, and the e-commerce ecosystem

Required

Recent graduate in a technical or business-related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)

Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to grow in a fast-paced environment
