Responsibilities

Prepare and review individual, trust, estate, and fiduciary tax returns
Prepare and review corporate and pass-through entity returns (S-Corps, partnerships, LLCs)
Oversee tax compliance and filing for 400+ annual returns
Manage tax workflow, deadlines, and quality control
Serve as the primary tax resource for advisors and clients
Collaborate with financial advisors on proactive tax planning related to investments, retirement planning, and estate strategies
Interface with clients, attorneys, and outside professionals as needed
Drive continued improvement of tax processes, documentation, and technology, including CCH

Qualification

Active CPA licenseCCH tax softwareTax compliance managementTax experienceCorporate taxation knowledgeCommunication skillsLeadership skills

Required

Active CPA license
Minimum of 10 years of tax experience
Significant experience with individual, trust, estate, and fiduciary returns
Strong knowledge of corporate and pass-through entity taxation
Required: extensive hands-on experience with CCH tax software
Proven ability to manage high-volume tax workflows
Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred

Prior experience in public accounting, an RIA, or a family office environment
