Responsibilities
Work collaboratively in a dynamic office setting, contributing to all phases of work
Manage project staffing, accounting, schedule
Lead communications among internal team, consultants, owner, and contractors
Manage agreements and authorizations with owners and consultants
Support excellence in delivering publicly bid work
Coordinate logistical aspects of design deliverables
Contribute to the work of studio project management committee to advance excellence
Maintain project records including communications, agendas, minutes, and reports
Advance the performance of projects through establishment and guidance of project team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor or Master of Architecture Degree
Minimum 7 years of experience
Demonstrated ability to contribute to the management of complex architectural projects
Strong communication skills
Experience and passion for high performance, sustainable architectural design
Proficiency with Revit
Passion for and strong understanding of sustainable design
Phius, CPHD, LEED and/or WELL accreditations
Preferred
Preferably experience with Public Bid 149 and 149A
Architectural registration is strongly preferred
