Answer incoming phone calls from customers requesting parts or service
Process customers parts orders and quotes in the computer using NetSuite
Serve as the primary contact for customer service concerns or requests of incoming parts to include creating service calls, collecting payments from customers, performing supplementary parts orders, and creating new parts in NetSuite
Ability to solve customer service needs in a timely fashion
Calling and scheduling preventative maintenance services for customers
Dispatching technicians to service calls as needed
Package small parts and make UPS shipping tags as needed
Qualification
Required
Customer Service or Service Writer Background: 1+ years
English
Preferred
Strong attention to detail
Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Systems (NetSuite)
Parts manuals and high volume service environment
