Le Triomphe Golf & Country Club is a prestigious private club in the South, known for its commitment to excellence and service. They are seeking a Golf Service Attendant to provide superior service to guests and members, ensuring a positive golf experience through various responsibilities including assisting with golf rounds and maintaining facilities.

Responsibilities

Provides sincere and courteous service to all members and guests

Assists members and guests with pre and post golf round needs

Handling of golf bags to and from cars, bag racks and carts

Sets up for daily member play, regular tee times, groups & outings

Cleans carts, clubs and prepare golf supplies

Oversee presentation of driving range, chipping and putting areas

Maintains the bag drop, cart staging and storage areas in a neat and orderly fashion

Performs opening and closing procedure for the bag room & cart barn

Incorporates safe work practices in job performance

Regular and reliable attendance

Maintain a professional appearance

Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management

Perform other duties as assigned by Golf Course Head Professional or Assistant Golf Professional

Required

A valid driver's license is required

Must have strong customer/guest orientation

Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills

Must be dependable

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely

Preferred

Knowledge or an understanding of the game of golf is a plus

Prior customer service experience preferred
