Responsibilities

This leader will serve as the owner for workforce planning from the Finance team
Co-own the processes, systems, data, and insights to support decision making across the company
Partner with FP&A and People and Places teams to gain understanding, alignment, and define processes
Requires an outcome-driven mindset that can manage through ambiguity to simplify ideas and processes that lead to better decision making

Required

BS in Finance or Economics
10+ years relevant experience in a highly dynamic finance role
Strong understanding of investment management in a high growth Technology company
Self-motivated individual with demonstrated ability to both lead and drive analysis
Trusted business partner who delivers operational excellence by understanding the needs of the business and identifying opportunities to improve financial results
Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem solving, and financial modeling skills
Excellent collaboration skills, ability to work well within teams, and ability to coordinate across multiple organizations
Strong communicator with proven ability to synthesize data into clear, direct and actionable senior Executive deliverables (e.g. dashboards, presentations, etc.)
Passion for problem-solving, comfortable with ambiguity, creative and able to juggle multiple priorities
