Responsibilities

Development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of ServiceNow CMDB Workflows and Integrations
Support IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes and functions within ServiceNow Platform
Deliver new functionality and enhancements to ServiceNow Discovery, Software and Hardware Asset Management, and Service Mapping
Research and use new technologies as the ServiceNow Platform team implements the latest ServiceNow features

Required

Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM design and development work with a focus on CMDB integrations and Service Mapping
Experience working with and supporting ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), and Security Operations (SECOPS) processes
Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes
Understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices
Experience working under Agile methodology
