Responsibilities
Take care of all the Animation needs of a fast growing start up specializing in AI Agent applications
Craft animation sequences using traditional techniques, while also exploring ways to blend them with AI-driven tools and emerging technologies for a faster, more modern workflow
Work closely with the Founders, Product, and Marketing teams to develop fresh, innovative ideas and translate them into animations that appear in the company’s apps
Qualification
Required
Graduated from a program in Animation, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field
Demonstrated ability in character design and animation (portfolio or demo reel required)
Experience with animation software such as Blender or similar
Understanding of basic lip-sync techniques (3-flap or similar) and facial animation principles
Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Familiarity with AI animation tools (e.g., RunwayML, Sora, Veo or similar) is a strong plus
Interested in learning how AI / new technology can be used to create a more modern streamlined animation process
Excited about potentially joining an exciting startup in the hottest growth area (AI / GenAI / AI Agents)
