Responsibilities

Deliver unreasonable hospitality to clients every day
Lead operational processes: account openings, money movement, maintenance
Maintain calendar awareness and help manage team scheduling and follow-ups
Partner with advisors and serve as client advocate with custodians

Qualification

Series 65 licenseInsurance licensesSecurities licensesCRM proficiencyClient-service skillsOrganizational skills

Required

Hold active Series 65 OR be willing to obtain
Insurance & securities licenses (Must have or be willing to obtain Series 65, SIE, and Life & Health)
Strong organizational and client-service skills
Proficiency with CRMs (Wealthbox experience a plus)
