They are seeking a Credit and Collection Associate to join the Corporate Accounting team, where the main responsibilities include making outgoing calls to customers, reviewing credit limit increases, and managing past due receivables.

Responsibilities
Work on reductions of past due receivables
Provide internal and external customer service
Reconcile customer accounts to ensure correct balances
Increase profit by decreasing bad debt
Perform credit management
Qualification
Required
5+ years of commercial collection experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and SAP knowledge
Excellent written and verbal skills
Excellent time management and self-management skills
Knowledge of collection laws
Strong internal and external customer service skills
Understanding of how to read, understand and utilize a Dun & Bradstreet report
Knowledge of Audited Financial Statements – what they look like and what to look for
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or closely related field preferred
Associate's degree in Accounting or Business Administration with at least 2 years of accounting experience may substitute
