Responsibilities

Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to the customer
Use state of the art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records

Qualification

CPATax preparation experienceBilingual (English/Spanish)Commercial tax softwareCustomer service skills

Required

Active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney)
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken)
Excellent customer service skills
Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days
Must have (or be willing to obtain) internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria
