Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for all EPD roles - sourcing, managing, and closing candidates end-to-end
Partner with technical leaders to define hiring needs, build recruiting plans, and drive accountability
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent globally
Build scalable recruiting foundations - including process improvements, reporting, and interview calibration
Deliver a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience that reflects Orum’s mission and values
Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on market trends, hiring velocity, and talent strategy
Qualification
Required
8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a deep focus on technical and engineering hiring
Proven ability to scale teams quickly in high-growth or startup environments
Strong business acumen and confidence partnering with senior leadership
Data-driven approach to hiring strategy, metrics, and pipeline management
Exceptional relationship builder - with both candidates and hiring teams
Preferred
Experience hiring in AI, SaaS, or startup environments
Proven ability to stand up recruiting infrastructure, tools, and process from zero to one
Familiarity with Ashby and sourcing automation platforms
