Responsibilities
Manage workload of CP/Waiver cases, including I-130, I-601A, I-212, I-601, consular processing, and K-Visa.Prepare clients for their consulate interview
Represent clients before USCIS
Review immigration applications/packets prepared
Manage team of paralegals to meet productivity goals and client expectations
Provide legal analysis for clients to determine any possible case benefits
Prepare and submitting legal briefs for a variety of immigration cases
Qualification
Required
At least 1 to 4 years of Immigration Law Experience
A team player who is open to helping, strategizing, and working with your fellow associates
Record of moving legal cases forward and an ability to manage a caseload
Experience with Consular Processing applications and Waivers
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
Experience with Case Management Software is preferred
