Responsibilities
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and forecasts to support performance goals
Track cost and schedule progress, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions
Prepare reports and performance analyses for leadership review
Partner with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in planning, reporting, and program execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
Experience in program control, project finance, or scheduling, ideally supporting large or complex programs
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project, and familiar with Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar performance tracking methodologies
Detail-oriented, data-driven, and skilled at identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Effective communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams to achieve results
U.S. citizenship required
