Responsibilities

Provide services and support for the following areas:
Capital budgeting and management throughout the year, including center operations and IT projects
Forecasting monthly for capital expenditures
Reporting on capital spend vs budget and forecast
ROI analysis on new locations
Center financial performance tracking
Capital PO approval process - Initiating capital expenditure requests, monitor approval workflow, validating to budget
Develops proforma modeling and ROI analysis to support strategic capital investments
Helps prioritize investments and capital expenditures through due diligence and active collaboration

Required

Bachelor's Degree in finance/Accounting
MBA desired
Experience in data analysis, variance analysis and information reporting; presenting financial information in a consumable format
Strong excel modeling with the ability to build models from scratch in a disciplined fashion, rollup multiple sheets and a strong understanding of financial statements
Experience interacting with staff/management across multiple departments and levels
Experience in building presentations for management
Analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines

Preferred

Experience working in a multi-unit operations environment
Knowledge in Adaptive is a plus
