The Technical Service Advisor HVAC will become a product expert, lead technical training, provide advanced support, and collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

Become a product expert across a broad commercial equipment portfolio

Lead technical training for contractors and internal teams, including:

Equipment overview

Installation best practices

Start-up procedures

Troubleshooting and diagnostics

Provide advanced technical support via phone, email, and jobsite visits

Support start-ups and resolve field issues with practical, real-world solutions

Maintain proficiency in related control systems

Partner with engineering, sales, and warranty teams to ensure smooth project execution

Contribute feedback to product design and launch initiatives

Stay current on product updates, service bulletins, and training materials

Participate in cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives
