Responsibilities

Following proper handling procedure for products within the facility

Working with accuracy and attention to detail on product orders

Maintaining and working in a safe manner, in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards

Palletizing goods and materials to put on trucks for transportation

Successfully completing assigned tasks through coordination and teamwork with fellow warehouse employees and leaders

Performing other duties as needed

Required

High school graduate or general education degree (GED) from an accredited institution, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Must be capable of learning and retaining the skills needed to work in a safe, productive manner

Must be able to work independently as well as in a team

Must possess a solid work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to work overtime and weekends occasionally as required

Ability to multitask, prioritize and change direction mid-stream

0-2 years of warehouse experience for Warehouse Operator I

3-4 years of warehouse experience for Warehouse Operator II

5 years or more of warehouse experience for Warehouse Operator III

Stand Up Forklift experience required for Warehouse Operator II

Reach truck experience required for Warehouse Operator III

Must be able to work at a Warehouse Operator I level as needed for coverage

Must be able to work at a Warehouse Operator I or II as needed for coverage

Must be comfortable working at multiple height levels within a warehouse environment

Preferred

Cold storage warehouse experience

Stand Up Forklift experience

Electric Pallet Jack experience

Counterbalance Forklift experience

Experience using other MHE equipment
