Customer Service Representative - Service Biller

Air Energy Group, a recognized name in the industrial and life science spaces, is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative - Service Biller to join their team. The role involves handling customer invoice inquiries, performing daily service billing, and coordinating with different departments to ensure seamless customer service.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

Perform daily service billing through AEG’s ERP system

Review daily completed and started work orders with coordinators to ensure timely billing of work orders

Coordinate with other departments (sales, service, and parts) to ensure seamless customer service

Identify and escalate invoicing issues to management as necessary for further investigation and resolution

Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure timely resolutions and customer satisfaction

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred

Proven experience in customer service or a similar role

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

A positive, customer-oriented attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

Sales force FSM/CRM experience a plus

Preferred

Experience handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment

Experience with service billing

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work well both independently and in a team setting
