Argue motions and take and defend depositions

Qualification

Required

1 to 3 years of business litigation experience
Experience in complex litigation
Skilled at conducting and supervising electronic discovery
Ability to draft substantial dispositive, expert, and/or discovery motions
Confidence in arguing motions and taking and defending depositions
Excellent academic credentials
Strong writing, analytical, and communications skills
Member of the Georgia Bar or admitted to and in good standing with another state's bar (and willing to go through the Georgia Bar's admission process)
Ability to manage and drive cases forward while ensuring a successful client experience
