Graduate Intern Summer 2026 - Legal
The United States Tennis Association (USTA) is the national governing body for the sport of tennis, committed to promoting its growth across all levels in the United States. They are seeking a Graduate Intern for the Legal Department to support preparations for the 2026 US Open and assist with various corporate and nonprofit matters.

Responsibilities
Drafting and reviewing contracts
Conducting legal research and drafting memoranda on sports industry and corporate governance issues
Drafting cease-and-desist letters
Assisting with litigation matters
Supporting special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
A 1st- or 2nd-year law student enrolled in an accredited law school
Strong in legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple assignments
Curious about the intersection of law, sports, and nonprofit governance
Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Professional, discreet, and capable of handling confidential information
Enthusiastic about contributing to a mission-driven organization
