Responsibilities
Own the strategy for ping tree and offer wall lead generation
Lead a talented team building models that predict conversion, approval, funding, loss, and lifetime value
Drive real-time decisions through lead valuation, routing, and acceptance logic
Design and execute A/B testing frameworks across acquisition funnels
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Credit Risk, and Engineering
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Qualification
Required
5+ years in data science with a focus on digital lead generation and customer acquisition
Consumer lending experience (this is essential!)
Master's degree in a quantitative field (or Bachelor's with equivalent experience)
Strong proficiency in R/Python and SQL
Proven experience building stochastic models and applying machine learning
Leadership experience managing 2-4 team members
Exceptional communication skills—you can translate complex data into compelling stories
