Program Manager (Children's Residential)
May Institute is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities. As a Program Manager in their residential program, you will lead and support staff to create a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive.

Responsibilities
Through strong and reliable leadership, provide training and monitoring to residential staff to ensure effective implementation of behavior support plans and IEP’s as well as completion of necessary documentation
Oversee daily group home operations such as budget management, staffing, adherence to weekly schedule, coordination of community outings, grocery shopping, and more
Ensure that QI/QA procedures are adhered to, working directly in ratio with students, and maintain environmental safety as well as a functional and homelike environment
Attend and participate in clinical meetings, PM meetings, and run monthly house staff meetings and develop meeting agendas
Participate in PM on-call rotation covering the as manager on call through a rotating schedule
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field is preferred
Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience
Patience, compassion, and the ability to support children with diverse communication and behavioral needs
The capacity to provide strong supervisory and leadership skills while supporting and guiding your team with empathy, patience, and respect
Demonstrated experience with budgeting, staffing, and scheduling
Preferred
Experience with children or individuals with special needs (preferred but not required)
Experience in Human Services and with Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) is a plus
